  • At 17, Lucas moved from Brazil to the United States, where a deep appreciation for craftsmanship became his lifelong pursuit. He founded the company to offer Charleston homeowners more than workmanship. He wanted to bring vision, integrity, and beauty to every project. Today, he leads the company with an unwavering eye for refined finishes and a commitment to transforming houses into homes that feel truly personal.

  • Thiago came to the U.S. from Brazil at a young age and quickly discovered a natural talent for carpentry. Drawn to creativity of the craft, he built his career around the artistry of fine woodworking. His journey eventually led him to join forces with Lucas, turning a shared passion into a professional partnership. At Mr. Trim, he oversees our cabinetry operations, guiding each project from initial drafting to the final installation. Known for his patience and meticulous eye, Thiago ensures that every cabinet, built-in, and custom design meets the highest standards of quality and elegance.

  • Deziderio brings decades of hands-on construction experience and a steady leadership presence to every project. As Operations Manager, and father to Lucas, he has been integral since the earliest days of Mr. Trim. Deziderio oversees crews, coordinates schedules, and guarantees that each project is completed on time and to exacting standards. His reliability, attention to detail, and calm, authoritative guidance instill confidence in both clients and the team.
